Deep Stretch is a targeted flexibility workout in which long stretches are performed. The positions are held completely relaxed and passive, allowing gravity to do most of the work.
 
Research shows that an intelligent stretching program promotes vasodilation, increases blood flow and improves the health of the affected tissue. Pain and injuries are reduced. Your body is opened up.
 
No prior knowledge required. I follow a very simple, science-based approach that is effective for everyone.
 
Come to me for stretching directly after your training session - recommended for e.g. crossfitters, bodybuilders, long-distance runners, runners, bikers etc.
